My recent stay at this charming hotel exceeded all of my high expectations. Not only was my tatami room impeccably clean and equipped with a heater that ensured a cozy atmosphere after a long day on the slopes, but the thoughtful gesture of returning my forgotten shower bag truly exemplified the kind hospitality of the owners. Each meal, especially the comforting Kaiseki dinners, was a delightful highlight that showcased their dedication to quality and flavor. With a prime location just a short walk from the gondolas and the city center, I cannot recommend this retreat highly enough for anyone seeking a blend of nature, warmth, and impeccable service.
